Updates without English T9

Does this mean that the updates missing the english t9 can now be "t9'd" with a copy of the english dll from say the orange firmware?

Nopes .. unfortunately not! The T9 Config can only choose the T9 files that are standard on your phone... there should be about 3-4 languages .. depending on which country you live in...
