spv BATTERY????

Hello all! you will not believe this...........My battery little hook into the phone thing, broke sometime ago. I glewed it but now it is tottaly broken! I thought that it was a good thing that my phone was covered by the Orange insurance, and therefore, now that i have a problem with the phone in general, and i am expecting another phone to arrive, i rang back orange and told them about the batterie as well!

And can you guess what it was held? they said that because i put glue on, that is tampering with the phone, and once i do that they can not replace the battery. :roll: They would, if i hadn' try to glue it......

Is that silly or not???

Anyway, anybody knows how can i get a battery for my SPV? orange has it for 50 pounds and i think is too much.........Any other way?

ORA has one for a tiny bit cheaper HERE.

Try looking in the FOR SALE section to see if someone has a broken SPV for sale where you could use teh battery. Ebay sometimes has broken SPVs as well.

Or try calling Orange as well and don't tell the that you tried to glue it this time.

Unfortunatly Orange normally log calls so that will not work, unless you

are lucky :?

Or unless he didn't mention his client name or rang from another phone, which was actually the thing to do.

Well, i was just lucky i think! i phoned orange, said the truth, and it was a good guy on the phone that send out a battery for me!! :)
