Orange SPV keyboard totally frozen no chance???

Good morning,

yesterday I had to reset my SPV after severall problems.

After that I´m getting the start screen (Smartphone 2002, Keyboard works), then the final screen of the phone, when it should work properly.

And then the Keyboard is completly frozen.

He accepts no more comands or anything. So its completly unusable.

I´ve made several resets...

Does anybody has an idea what I can do?

Does any body nows, how to bring it to orange customer care?

I´m from germany and the phone is from denmark.

Try quickly pressing the power button and see if the keys start

working. I have had this problem had to have the phone replaced as the action button (for me) was stuck on.

As the phone came from Denmark you need to contact them directly. Try contacting the shoppersonoperator you bought the phone from and ask for a replacement.

Only solution is to get the phone replaced under warrany :)
