After Hard Reset

i just made a hard reset to my SPV .. but this sounds weird .. i couldnt find the files

out mxipcold_oem_10.provxml and mxip_oem_10.provxml

is it coz it has been updtaed ?

Ok by the sound of it were you trying to decert your phone?

If so how old is your phone and what update are running on it?

The information you have there is a bit too old now and very few phone will be able to decert that way.

What you now need to do is to decert via the Orange developers site,

just click on OTA for more information on how to do this :)

my update version is 1.3.5.6 dose that help ???

That version can be decerted by the Orange Developers site :)

The decert method if for phone 1.3.5 and above.

ok .. am using SPV outside UK .. i bought it used so i dont think i can make it through the developers site .... any other way i can do that?

You can decert that way and it is now the only way to do it on newer

updates.
