Outlook on Smartphone 2003...will it synchronize PICS?

I am using Outlook 2003 (just came out, included in office 2003). One cool feature is you can add a picture for your contacts-

Since the Motorola smartphone coming out in the U.S. is supposedly advertising itself mentioning office 2003.., im wondering if it will synchronize the images?

Anyone have a clue? Maybe it could be done via 3rd party as well....
