activesync will not detect my mobile device

i connected it using a cradle and usb port.

y wont it pick it up?

Did you install Activsync that came on the CD when you got your

phone?

This needs to be installed before you connect the phone to the PC

or you may have problems.

If you have already connected the phone before installing Activsync
