Guest Simon Desser Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 Pocco Software have just released an upgrade ot Echo Voice Recorder. The new version is 1.10, and is free to upgrade to owners of the previous version 1.0. We are pleased to inform you that Echo 1.10 for Windows Mobile Smartphone has just been released. Now, you can use your Smartphone keys to Record / Pause, Play / Pause, Rewind, Fast Forward, etc. Unfortunately, due to Smartphone operating system limitations, Record key (used to launch Voice Notes) cannot be associated with Echo. Echo 1.10 is available for download from www.handango.com or www.smartphone.net You don't have to uninstall Echo 1.0 before installing this new version.
Guest chucky.egg Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 Careful with the upgrade - it slows the SPV down to a crawl until you reboot, and I cant get the licence key accepted (again!) Until they open for business I've lost my recorder! Bugger, cos I've got a meeting I want to record at 10.00
Guest Simon Desser Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 I got an email from Pocco with a NEW licence key. Have you still got the exe or cab from the old version, then you could re-install that, and record your meeting :?:
Guest chucky.egg Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 Nah, that's at home, and I just overwrote my note of the old licence key that I keep on the phone! I'm sure I'll manage with pen and paper, it's just useful to prove that people said/didn't say things at a later date!
Guest comebackdx Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 I upgraded, and had to email Pocco Software Support to obtain a new registration code. They sent me out a new code the same morning.
