Guest Dr Who Posted October 21, 2003 Report Posted October 21, 2003 Ola, having suffered the aforementioned partial reset t'other day, I have now re-undecertified my phone which seems to have worked. Mostly. Whilst most of my previous apps run (smartris, calculator, etc) ALL-explorer is no longer registered and if I try and input my old reg code it says it should now be working, quits and when I try and re-enter it asks me for the code again. I've tried rebooting to no avail. Also, more curiously the SP Task Manager free mem app no longer runs even though Task Manager itself is still working. Is there an easy way to correct these problems? I've tried looking in the uninstall tab but there is nothing registered there. So where now? Manual delete via activesync? My programs are stored on the card if that is important. I love my phone. No, I really do.
Guest James Posted October 21, 2003 Report Posted October 21, 2003 i think you need to enter the owner information in the phone settings.. Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 21, 2003 Report Posted October 21, 2003 With All-Explorer you need to reinstall and ask for a new code via email as auto registering is not very reliable. Personally I recommend Smart Explorer, I gave up with All-Explorer months ago :)
Guest Dr Who Posted October 22, 2003 Report Posted October 22, 2003 Feeling dumb today. How can I uninstall when there is no info in the 'uninstall' function on the phone???
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 There is an uninstall function on the phone :) go to ProgramsSettingsRemove Programs
