:) any help for the technically inept much appreciated. how do you get such good resolution on your pictures that accompany your posts, when the pixel requirements are so limited. also can i change my username, its not vital, had a go but no luck. ta. :?

Unsure quite what you mean? Mines the standard resolution, same as everybody else's. Just grabbed a pic, resized and got it uploaded.

The only possible way I can think of getting a larger picture (And this probably won't work) is to specify a file, which is then checked, but before the file is uploaded onto the server, you change it for a larger one (I get the feeling though its uploaded and then checked so no chance there).

The only other thing is that your saving it in a way too large format, save it as a JPG or something.

The only thing we can't have is Pauls' pseudo random changing pic. That is an Admin only feature :evil:

:) you underestimate my technical ineptitude, i had resorted to taking a pic with the spv camera at the correct resolution. will investigate resizing in my photo package. sooooooooo much to learn. thanks
