Information about Orange SPV in NL wanted!

With the E200 coming out in November (dunno if this is true for the Netherlands but I do hope it is :? ) I want to know some more about the Orange service and network in the Netherlands

I've been a happy customer of Vodafone for the past 4 years so I don't know anything about Orange. Is there network as good as VF? How is their GPRS network??? I've read about a lot of trouble of users in GB about their GPRS reach and I wonder if it is any better in the Netherlands...

Also I'd like to know what your experiences with the customer service and overall service was... is the call center open 24/7? Do you get a representative quickly... do they offer good service when it comes to faults or hardware/software errors???

I tried VF Live! in November of last year and was so disappointed about the service VF offered for it, they really launched it too soon. I hope Orange is better coz I really want the SPV E200!

Any information on release dates and pricing in the Netherlands is also highly appreciated.

First of all the E200 is prob not in store in November prob in Jan 2004.

I want to have it also :wink: Orange shop here told me so.

I'm very pleased with the orange network. In comparing to VF the roaming is good so far inexception to South America. The Gprs works very well and in all Orange countries. Soon also in roaming.

Your payment will be valuable for ever (you have not the policy have to use before....)

The call center is 24/7 and works well is one of the best in the test for consumers (consumentenbond).

If there is something wrong with the hardware they help you fast and good. They provide your telephone repaired in 2 a 3 days! In a on house service.

My only question: why will the e200 won't be here till jan 2004? Countries like Denmark will have it from nov 17th... I hope you're wrong on this point ;-)

I called Orange's customer service several times and they keep telling me it will be out november so I hope this is true. :)

Hi,

The prob is that they still have the 1st SPV in stock,

if this is out they can lower the price of the E100 and

introduce the E200.

This is what the shop manager told me here :roll:
