Active Sync not Disconnecting

Hi

Active sync connects, and syncs all emails and contacts fine, but how do i "properly" disconnect it?

I take it out of the cradle, and check my emails but, it sayd it cant check them as it is still syncing though active sync and i must disconnect it from the PC.....but the "stop" button is not clickable...please help!

The problem is, it is duplicating emails for some reason....(i think this is the reason...i hope)

TRY TO RESOLVE THE CONFLICTS BETWEEN YOUR DEVICE AND PC

how do i know if there is a conflict? everything seems to be working fine....apart from not being able to d/c
