Phone cannot dial after synchronising contacts

Anyone else had this problem?

Hard reset sorts out phone and manually inserting numbers into contacts is fine, but if I synchronise the phone with my laptop, then i cannot dial out from any of the contacts synchronised to my spv.

any thoughts?

When you sync the numbers check that the format is correct

you have either 0 or +44 (your international dialing code prefix if you are in the UK) infront of the number.

If you are in the UK try the contact reformatter found here to convert all your numbers to +44

Will that make a difference if I'm dialling from the UK? Both 0 and +44 or 0044 should all connect, but when I dial, I dont connect at all

try changing one number to start with, as in enter a number on the phone, save it and dial it. if it connects you will know its to do with the format of the telephone numbers, if it doesnt connect it will tell you if its a phone/ network phoblem
