Unlocking VIA passthrough connection

I have tried and tried to get my SPV unlocked via the orange web site and each time it tells me that a message will be sent out to my phone in 5 mins and this never comes.

Can anyone think of anything to help me as this is doing my head in now.

The only thing I can think of is are you sure you have the correct

phone number entered using the correct prefix ie +44
