just some general advice please

please could someone give me some advice?

what i would like to do is to do a 'hard reset' on the phone. and start afresh. obviously i would backup all the wanted apps!!

most items are on the storage card.

what i wanted to know is that after reading various instructions for a hard reset, wondered if there was an easier / more up to date way to acheive this and then info on what system upgrade would be best, etc.

i'm not overly confident on doing this so any advice would be great.

There is only one way to Hard Reset and clicking on the words Hard Reset will take you to the instructions you need.

As for upgrading you should only install update from your network

unless you want to invalidate your warranty :?

Best thing to do is to wait a few weeks and install the latest update

from Orange as you are in teh UK.

The update will do the same as a Hard Rest anyway so it may be an idea

to wait for the update and save you doing a Hard Reset
