My Mio 8380 - Cant turn off vibrate when getting a sms

Ok....this is wierd.

I love this phone BUT its doing my head in! I cant turn off vibrate when recieving a message (and i like to turn my phone on silent when im in bed, not turn it off - but if i get a message its waking me up!).

Here are the settings i am using:

Rng Type: Silent

Ring Volume: Off

Alarm Type: Play Sound

Alarm Volume: Loud

Notification Type: Play Sound

Notification Volume: Off

System Sound Volume: Off

Does any1 else have a similar problem? Can it be resolved?

the profiles on this phone have a mind of there own! look at this:

Here are the settings i am using for a silent but vibrating profile:

Rng Type: Silent

Ring Volume: vibrate

Alarm Type: Play Sound

Alarm Volume: Loud

Notification Type: vibrate

Notification Volume: Off

System Sound Volume: Off

But when i get a message it doesnt vibrate....but makes a tone!!

so wierd....is there a program i can buy? like extended profiles on symbian 6?
