NO install folder????

Hello,

I have tried to install world books encyclopedia for the smartphone, however during installation the diologue box said I have not enough memory to complete the installation, I have read other posts about this same problem and they have been advised to delete whatever is in the appmgrinstall file

I have activesync version3.7.1 but still can't view this file?? I have 64mg SD card but still my IPSM folder is full????

Looks like Activsync 3.7.1 will only view the Install depending on the update on the phone :?

Just been doing some checks and one phone will display the Install

folder but the other one will not.

So unless you have a file manager the only other option is either a

Hard Reset or to try and delete the AppMgr folder.

I installed the same thing and had the same problem at first. What seems to happen is that the world book first uses the phone memory to install parts of the software and before you can choose to use the sd-card to install to, the memory runs out and you get the error. I bypassed this by not using the installation programme, but found the cab-file somewhere under c:/program files, (forgot where exactly) copied that to the sd card and ran it from the phone. It installed just fine then.
