spv e100 problem

hai

i brougt spv e100 from a guy4 £100 in a box,no spv or orange symbol

its working fine but suddenly it stops working that is the phone is ON but all the call r diverted to the voice mail.so i have to switch OFF the phone and ON it back then it works fine.but again that happens.i dnt no y can anyone please help me.

As you bought the phone secondhand I would first of all do a hard reset to take the phone back to it's factory settings.

This way you can set the phone up to the way you want it.

Failing that how is the signal strength where you are?

thnk 4ur reply,the phone is brand new i just took ot put from the cover.i live in london the signal is also very gud.but i have not done a hard rest do u want me to do 1

If the phone is brand new but does not have a logo on it something is wrong :? It should have some form of logo on it

unless it was a preproduction model :?

Go to SettingsAbout and post what OS version you have on the phone.

its says MS windows powered smartphone 2002

I'm curious where the phone came from but the only thing I can suggest you do, to see if it cures the problem is a Hard Reset.

If this does not work I would try and get your money back,

from what you have told me about your phone it is a Tanager model,

(the same as but not an E-100) the E-100 was released with the 1.5

update. This means your phone is around six months old and I'm pretty

sure it's a pre-production release (hence lack of logo)
