skin/prog removal problem

I installed a skin on my smartphone once called porecreat Aublade #1, and i have decided i dont want it anymore. I went to the remove programs menu, and clicked to uninstall it. It came up with porecreat aublade #1 could not be removed from your phone.

I have tried reinstalling the skin, then uninstalling it just incase of a problem, but to no avail.

Can anyone help me get rid of this file that doesnt seem to be there. I even tried looking in the registry and going through activesync to try and manually remove it but cant trace it
