I delete file "T9spanis.dll" in one error.Is in a folder Windows of smartphone.

Just restart your phone :)

As the file is in the main Windows folder it gets re-written every time

you restart your phone.

I shop the phone in Singapur by internet and in Spain no Service for my celular (if my phone dead, goodbye phone) .I like copy direct this file if is posible.

You cannot just copy the file as it is stored in the phones ROM

as I said the only thing you can do is Power the phone off and then

turn it back on again.

Any file that is not ment to be in the Windows folder will be deleted when

the phone is rebooted.

If no receive this file by email test restart the phone tomorrow.

Recieving the phone by email will not help you.

Why are you so reluctant to just switch the phone off then on again?

maxjsr, even if you did get this file to install, it will be deleted on startup, and only way of getting it to work is to restart the phone, catch 22, and like awarner said, if something has gone missing from the windows dir just restart the phone and the rom will rebuild the windows folder :)
