problem with hard reset

hi

I have had to do a hard reset and this has worked very well but my computer doesn`t recognise my smartphone anymore so I am unable to sync all my old contacts etc. back onto my phone. how do i do this without losing all of my old information?

You have to create a new partnership and resync your contacts etc

back to the the phone.
