Guest nytehawk2002 Posted October 29, 2003 Report Posted October 29, 2003 Yesterday a friend of mine purchased a MPx200 on AT&T USA's network. He brought it over to show off and I kind of broke his heart when he found out I had one already. (I own a rogue SPV) Here's some interesting points of interest. The MPx200 is not App Locked. I was able to download and install many files on his phone without the need for app De-Certing. The screen has a much brighter display than the SPV.... any chance for a h/w hack to fix that? :-) The phone comes with some IA apps already installed. The biggest shock I had was that the connector on the bottom is not an XDA connection, it looks more firewire-ish but it's USB (Micro USB?). Just some news from the front.
Guest nickcornaglia Posted October 30, 2003 Report Posted October 30, 2003 That's a USB connection. The same as in most digital video cameras and still camera...I believe.
