How do I install Smart Explorer?

I have lots of apps in my phone already but yesterday I got my first MMC. So I decided to uninstall all the apps and games and transfer it to my mmc. Unfortunately I forgot how install Smart Explorer. My main problem is how do I run the cab file, because I dont know how to "see" it on my phone in the first place. But I already copy the cab file to my SPV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
