Guest alanrenouf Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 Eagerly awaiting Midnight’s new game, is the release date today because it has monsters or ghosts in it ?     .......
Guest midnight Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 err, sorry guys, we had a couple of small hiccups (sorted now), but to polish it off, we are announcing next friday, it does not however have ghosts in it :)
Guest alanrenouf Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 Maybee a few screen shots to keep us going until next friday ?!?!?
Guest midnight Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 heheh, we thought about that, but then, that would be the same as announcing it. The full game wont be ready by next friday, its just the day we'll be announcing/showing people what it is, with approx timescale as to when we expect it to be finished :)
Guest spacecowboy6982 Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 If your homescreens are anthing to go by Mid. this games gonna be top drawer !! :) Silly question but has this been designed taking the E-200's specs. in to account i.e. more ram etc ? Will it run slightly faster than say the SPV? cheers spacecowboy
Guest midnight Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 more details to come, but both to be honest, it will run identical speeds on both the spv and e200, both will be graphically very similar if not identical, but it will have a feature or 2 unique to the e200, so, no-one should be left out :) Ive played it on the e100, trust me, we dont wanna make it faster, in fact, we are even throttling it back a little, but, it isnt finished yet, and theres lots of features yet to implement just so you know who else is making the game (it isnt just my game of course hehe) code and design: muff gfx and design: me obviously music: mick rippon gamestesters: Paul (MoDaCo) and Richie M sorry i cant tell you guys anything else yet, you'll have to be patient :(
Guest spacecowboy6982 Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 Sounds excellent mate - cant wait. Cheers again
Guest drblow Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 mmm... (sound of fingers drumming ...) :)
Guest Richie M Posted November 7, 2003 Report Posted November 7, 2003 have a look in the News section alanrenouf :)
Guest midnight Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 dont forget winter lasts beyond christmas  we are working on another game at the moment, that should be out before end of december all going well, with kumite following shorty after
Guest NederSoren Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 Heh.. And me who thought that Kumute just were a game you would do in the meantime while making thats other game you've started (Wroom) ;) Well.. I guess that the Kumute project became a little bigger than first expected? /NederSoren
Guest midnight Posted November 23, 2003 Report Posted November 23, 2003 no, kumite is on hold for a month, cant go into reasons why, but it is. In fact, we have done a hell of a lot considering the Street Fighhter games (with many people working on the project) takes a year at least to make, kumite has only really been in development less than 2 months, with only 2 of us working on it  so, rather then just sit idly by twiddling our thumbs we thought we'd make another game, and pretty nice it should be aswell ;)
Guest midnight Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 only that it is still in development
