The hardware of the 7070 is exactly the same as the E100.. Qtek simply provides the device network-independantly where as the E100 is usually sold with a service provider contract (and simlock some times)

What exactly do you mean ? As far as software and ROM versions etc. go you can install anything from the E100 on the 7070 and vice versa. Same goes for the original SPV (the canary) by the way. I'm not sure what you mean by "patches" :oops:
