ATTWS MPx200, keys double-trigger with T-Mo SIM?

OK, I know it's strange, but with my T-Mo SIM in an ATTWS MPx200, the keys seem to double trigger now... like if I am entering something or scrolling it will frequently jump past where I need it go.

I put the ATTWS SIM back in to compare and it is fine when that SIM is in the phone!

Anyone else notice this? And is there a way to fix it?

Hope I'm not crazy. I posted this on howard forums also, so hopefully someone has an answer.
