Ringtone Problem

Hi

Having trouble with the following ringtone, whenever it is selected, the ringtone is the Alarm2 sound and not this ringtone! :?

Ive played the .wav on media player and its fine just isnt recognised as a ringtone!

Does anyone know why this is? Ive attached the ringtone so that you can downlaod and try it for yourself!

Appreciate if someone can help, its really buggin me!

Obviously I can't be 100% sure without seeing the ring tone, but I'd guess it's saved in the wrong format.

The tone needs to be a Windows PCM wav file, and I bet yours is an ACM wav. ACM uses mp3 type technology to compress the file, which is fine on a PC, but our phones can't play them.

If you've not got an editor to convert it with, ZIP the file first, then it will attach here, and I'll convert it for you :)

nah I dont have a converter so heres the tone! Its only a five second one but i edited the registry so that it loops, hopefully it'll work now!

the looping still has the gap so gotta sort that! strange cuz i took the 3 sec gap out :?
