Interested to hear what others call their fav application.

I have found my IA File Manager knocks the socks off every other explorer ap I have tried. Its saved my neck time and again. I use it to load individual media files straight away into windows media player without the wait I mean.

Tried Smart Explorer from Binarys? This one is usually voted the best app and the best explorer by users.

Definitely gets my vote of BEST smartphone software developed so far, together with SP Task Manager.

Yes.I used to swear by SmartExplorer at one time, but I have moved on and a few months ago changed over to IA FManager.

I felt that IA had a quality and better look and feel.

I didnt like the options with IA to begin with what with having to change view mode to see inside folders. But once I got used to it I am hooked.

At present if I can just mention it.................I am trying to find a good caller viewer program that'll show whos calling.

I dont seem to be able to get to grips yet with any of the ones I have downloaded. My other half and I are playing with that SmartFace.

It looks simple but there are no instructions. I have managed to set it up ok but cant understand why it gives two picture options per caller in it's phone book setup.

Note: There is a problem with Smartface 1.0 and contacts beginning with 'K' letters.

There is also an old version of Smartface - 0.4 and is very simple:

- Name picture files as [contact_number].jpg or 01502xxxxx.gif

- You can also include the name of the contact in filename: 0789xxxxxxx_smith.jpg

- Place all picture files in Storage CardPict

- Oh yeah, install Smartface 0.4 cab, find it here or on smartphony

I never used other CIDs but this one was tiny and very basic, but does the job superbly.
