Guest craigblade Posted November 5, 2003 Report Posted November 5, 2003 It is a rather common story, but I have experienced several problems with my phone - slow, bad battery life, locks out often, dust in screen, alarm doesn't always go off......I could go on!! Anyway, if I send a letter of complaint to orange or HTC outlining all the faults (I reckon I could think of 10-20 faults), do you think it is likely they might send me a SPV e100 (or e200 if I'm lucky), or would they just try and fix it themselves? craig
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 5, 2003 Report Posted November 5, 2003 If the phone is under warranty then they will tell you to send the phone to them for repair, unless you have Orange care then you should get a replacement. You would only get an E-100 as a replacement if they do not have any SPVs instock.
