can't send sms

for some reason i cannot send any outgoing text messages. i am able to compose but when i press send nothing happens.

the phone also sends low memory warnings even if ive erased most of the stored msgs, pics that take up space.

please help! :)

It might be thet the phone is trying to save the message (sent box) and as you pointed out there is a memory problem.

From Inbox goto Menu-Show Folders and check how many messages are stored in each folder and elete anything you don't need.

Goto Settings-Remove programs. Are there any programs/settings that were loaded to IPSM that you don't needed ie homescreens, etc

From the phones SmartExplorer

Check your IPSM for any files that you have directly loaded to the directories but you no longer need. Specifically check IPSMWindows|AppMgr for any uninstalled cabs and delete them.

Hopefully after freeing up some of the phones memory the SMS will work again.

There is a known bug that if you get low on memory it is possible to

be unable to send SMS as the phone needs to cashe the message

before it sends it.

Best bit of advice I can give is when you install any apps etc make

sure you save them to your storage card to save clogging up the

phones memory.
