reset problem

Guys, when i was using the Smart 1.5 rom and now the QTEK 1.5, i've experienced (albiet rarely) that after doing the quickreset, all entries in my IPSM including application settings were set to default: date and any settings config, remove programs was cleared, start menu was also reset and my data connection settings were gone.

have anyone encountered this one? is there a solution?

oh yeah.. it's called a Soft Reset.. it's a Reset not a restart bro... it's really comes natural that way.. what do you want to do by the way? i mean why are you resetting? for what reason? perhaps we can help...

i usualy use d quickreset program 2 reboot d fone esp if i closed ol aps using another program nd later nid 2 use d stk menu which wil just say dat ur sim has no nstald aplications. nd wyl most f d tym it works fyn, dis wat u called soft reset hapens nvoluntary smetyms. i really hate it dat i hav 2 confgure all settings bak again, luk at a blank remove programs nd hav 2 reregister poket tv nd poket music. anoder funy thing s dat even f d alarm has already bin switched off, it wil "remember" d last alarm tym dat i set it on. jst dis morning, i woke up 0645h sins my fne's alarm went off. i chekd, but it was not set nd no calendar event. dis also hapend d last tym dis problem ocurd last month.

wen dis ocurs, i usualy do a hard reset nd nstal/config everythng. nd its just tedious.

note taken, thanks for d advise.

had a problem a couple of days back. it "reseted" itself twice in a row and my batt was fully charge because before i leave for work, i make it a point to charge the phone. i tot it wiped out all d apps, pics, etc. but to my amazement, it only reseted the settings including the homescreen.

agen, thanks 4 d advise!
