Email Folder Help

Can someone help me please - when I first had my phone I was sync'ing my email - this has created folders in my Inbox on my phone, the same as the ones that were in Outlook - all the folders on the phone are empty.

What I need to know please, is how to delete the folders on my phone as I no longer sync email, just calendar

Hmm, thats a wierd one, folders in your inbox are supposed to be impossible to create :? I'm therefore reluctant to offer any advise on something that I thought was impossible! If they are really that annoying then a hard reset should fix it but treat this as a last resort as it will return your phone to its "out of the box" state.

After taking the problem to IRC (click chat at the top of the page) and having a quick conversation with Midnight your best bet is to probably delete cemail.vol assuming you can't delete them by clicking menu>delete? By deleting cemail.vol (found in the IPSM folder) you will be losing all messages so back them up first if you want to keep them by using SMS 2 Mail (use the search function or go to http://www.monolithix.org/SPV_software.html).
