Profile problem

hey guys, Im having a very very very annoying problem with my Orange SPV running 2002. It keeps setting my profile back to Auto and i cant set it back to Normal or any other. Ever since that problem came up, my backlight keeps lighting on every minute (literaly) I dont know how to fix it, hope you guys can help me out

ps: restarting my phone didnt helped

The only thing i can think of is a hard reset. Bit drastic but that problem sounds drastic.

Hey,

Try pulling the battery, also known as a soft reset and isnt as simple as turning the phone on/off. What you need to do is go into "settings" and then "profiles". Once your in click say the "normal" setting so that the tick is beside it then press "menu" and reset to default.

If that doesnt work then you may have to hard reset as "CouCou" just said, but that seems like a bit of a shame seeing as its only a minor problem.
