help hard reset probs!!!!!!!!

:shock: :shock: :shock: help i can't get passed the "3" to close diagnostics screen when i'm doing a hard reset.

Just press and hold the power button to reboot the phone :)

Option three has not been in the bootloader menu since version V0.98

back in April.

how long should it take from the sunset screen to load up. seems to be still stuck. hold that its just worked. thanks again AW come on orange where's that E200

After a Hard Reset the first boot up of the phone will take time due to the

IPSM having to be re-written.

So you will have the sunset screen for a while then the 2002 splash screen

for a while as well.

Hard rest:

While your phone is off,

Hold down your action key (The blue button)

Press your on/off button.

Then the system should ask you a YES/NO question.

Choose YES. then your phone should rest to the factor settings.
