Video from SAP to PC

I need your help... Ive shot a video from my phone and active synched my phone to my PC... problem is whenever I try to play the AVI file through DIVx or Windows Media or Real Player. I get an error saying theres a missing decoder. How do i go abt this, i tried DL the DiVx codec and installed it in my pc but it still cant play the file. did it install it wrong or am i missing something out here.

the codec may be the wrong type. what you can do is use the media player in XP to view the AVI file. Or use Virtualdub? its another program free for use. Id suggest you use the former.

ei try to dwnld divxbundle502...it might be able to solve ur codec problem..

or you can try to DL the LEAD Converter. I used it when I experienced the same problem.

use the latest windows media player. (ver 9)

the video format from the SAP is not divx. It's wmv if I remember correctly. (Windows Media Video)

grifter's right... DL the latest WMP player or try to upgrade your previous version... mine's only ver 8 but can play AVI...

got no problem on viewing my sap videos on my pc

m using windows xp and when i hav videos taken in my sap all i do is active sync the phone and drag the movie file to my comp and double click the file it auto plays :lol:

kasi yung media player ko masyadong mabagal at humihinto minsan!!!

nagbrowse ako sa coolsmartphone.com at ang sabi maginstall daw ako ng divx ba yun or yung pocket tv!!! pwede mo ba ako advice kung ano ang gagawin.... kung install and sagot mo sa tanong ko e pwedeng send mo ako ng application na maiinstall ko at yung step by step procedure T.Y>

ei thanks for all d tips. im using windows 2000, not xp. but found out quicktime can play it.. ironic huh?
