just got my 8380 understand it supports java but how do it

understand 8380 supports java have tried putting jar. jad files on my phone but they dont open what am i doing wrong, or do i need a application in order to do this.

any help or direction would be great

There was an app that was shipped with the Mitac (on one of the CDs)

If you do not have it the only place that may is Mitac and you will need to

register your phone with them.
