Cant answer while connected via USB

Anyone have a problem with answering your phone while plugged in to your computer via USB cable? I was syncn' and my phone rang. When I opened up the flip it just continued to ring and the LCD screen (internal) wouldnt turn on. It wasnt until I unplugged it that the LCD turned on and I could answer. Same thing happens when the phone is in the cradle...

Try pressing any button when that happens. I believe the default of these phones tend to send it to hybernate. Pressing any button should bring it back to normal operation.
