Hi All.

Just thought I would share this with you all.

After droping the phone, the casing was scratched to bits and had a dent in the side on the phone.

Went onto Ebay and got a dummy case. £13 inc P&P.

Took about 10 minutes in total to take the SPV apart and replace the casing.

The dummy had the battery cover glued in place, just a gently tug on the battery casing with a pair of long nose pilliars did the trick.

Now the SPV looks nice, new and very shiny....

Cheers

Steve

Yeh, i was thinking about this until I remembered my phone is still under warranty. "Awarner" told us that HTC now charge £15 as a premium, on top of what it costs to repair (refurbish in my case). So if i get it professionally "cleaned" and pay say £70 inc premium, then sell the SPV wit hal its bits for say £100, its possible I could get an E-200 on upgrade for a nice price  :!:
