I don´t know much about Windows, but seems like somebody used an old Windows´as core for the MS Smartphone2002?

(btw - what a huge amount of crap not related to the OS of the Smartphone stored on the phone. Pocket Excel spreadsheets, graphics etc..)

Smartphone 2002 is based on CE 3.0, so 'technically' it did use an old Windows core...
