Guest howe Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 is it just me or is my blue backlight not functioning? is there some place to turn it on and off?
Guest kl1wdr Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 Simply press the VolumeUp- or Down-Button on the side of the phone (when it is closed) to lighten up the outer display...
Guest howe Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 that means mine is not working... wat a pain... and it's an export set too... so no rma...
Guest whorwood1 Posted November 16, 2003 Report Posted November 16, 2003 its very easy to fix, i fixed mine, all you have to do is take off the four rubber spots on the inside screen, then unscrew four t5 screws take the plastic shell off and press on the two solder blobs and its working put all back together again, this wont void your warrenty either as there are no seal on that part
Guest suridge Posted December 11, 2003 Report Posted December 11, 2003 is this the fix for faulty blue light, or a fix for a completely broken screen? i don't really get wot you mean by pressing the solder bits? what is that supposed to achieve? i have no blue light or clock on the front anymore - gone .....
Guest da_serc Posted December 11, 2003 Report Posted December 11, 2003 i think this is the fix for faulty blue light.
