when i try to actsync i get this error message

cant get an outlook automation interface. error code 0x80070725

everything fine until today!! also noticed that my e100 keeps telling me that programs failed to install and to top it all when i sync files from pc to device (i have clearview and replico installed) the desktop converts but the blummin phone and programs wont read them and returns a mesage saying unable to read.

Is my phone dead or dying

can your e100 get virus's, if so how do you get rid?

please tell me i dont have to do a hard reset!!!

either way i'm depserate please please help,,,,orange havnt got a clue, so we are both in the same boat there!!!

First off there are no viruses at the moment so that's not the problem.

Also what programs are being shown failed installs? have they been installed

or ar they old apps you used to use?

The only advice before suggesting a Hard Reset is to try and re-install Activsync.

tried eerything,,,,re-installed activesync, outlook, many times over still comes up with attention required, when i try to resolve, it wont let me :lol:

done that and even tried a spare cradle which i bought for my previous phone,,,i'm at a loss

u tried ur cradle on another computer with outllok and activesync installed, last resort, format c drive
