MPx200 900 band activation

By information from AWSius Engineerous 900 band in mpx200 is softly disabled. And may be activated by patch or new ROM, non-AT&T.

And my question is, anybody have Tri-band MPx200? Can you read and publish it? It can done big trouble.

If somebody can please give me tri-band ROM. I need 900 band
