Tweak for Oxios ToDo List

If you want to add 'Oxios ToDo List' in the default icons of the MRU (on reboot), just install OxiosToDoStartMRU.cab.

No risk: If you remove this CAB, you will restore the old StartMRU.

You just have to download MyStartMRU.zip so you will be able to change the _setup.xml:
