Help!!

I want to de-cert my SPV but all i get is a blank screen with the backlight on, it happens when the message "press any key..." appears.

When the message "Card Found" i kept pressing the Action Key, cause i've tried all method (hold the action key when Card Found text appears or press the action key as soon as the "press..." appears...i did this ten times :roll: ) to get into the Diag...but looks like i got stuck. :lol:

One more thing to ask, what should i do when i got into Canary MV screen? cause i took off the battery so i can get the phone back on again. Is it safe?

Note: My phone doesn't use SD or any memory card.Help!! I couldn't find any of these posted on this forum :? I've followed the instruction from Modaco also from msmobile.com also tried the Orange site...I still can't get it de-cert!

Depending on the age of the phone you should have at least 1.3.5 update

This basically means that the only way you can unlock (decert) your phone

is to use the Orange Developers site as any other method sill not work.

So some quick questions

1, where are you located?

2, What network are you using and have you ever used GPRS before?

3, You say you have tried the Developers site, what problems did you have

and what happened?

i can't seem to find the mxip_oem_10.provxml file, i only see a mxip_initdb.vol, are these similar...if it doesn't have a mxip_oem_10.provxml , is there something wrong with my phone, can i add that file somehow?

Developers site to unlock your SPV E-100 for more information on how to

do this click on OTA.

1. I'm located in Indonesia, Jakarta precisely.

2. Network?? In Indonesia we have a network called GSM-XL or Excelcom and no i haven't used the GPRS before. because the network that i use doesn't support GPRS, but i can change my network that support GPRS

(like Satelindo) if this could help unlocking my phone.

3. Okay, i did try the Developers site, i have confirm my phone number and the IM?? number (*#06#)

but nothing happened, i didn't get the message that my spv has been unlocked...It says that it tooks only 5 minutes. :roll:

What can i do??

I presume you are using an Orange OS phone as it need unlocking.

If you are not using GPRS you need to connect the phone to the internet via your PC using the Passthrough option in SettingsData Connections.
