help phone locked in bootloader

please help tried to reset home pages now phone says found card and shows bootloader page then red green and blue page but will go no further

unable to find any restore files

please help

Are u trying to perform a hard reset? If so then hold in the action button until you see a numbered menu. You will see the tri-colour screen if you don't hold the action key for long enough. Pull the battery if your phone is stuck on a screen or press and hold the power button. Posted from my SmartPhone!

Click on Hard Reset for a walk through,

Once it shows card found it should then display "press any key to enter bootloader" this is when you need to press and hold the action button for more than two seconds.
