about to buy 256mb sd card these ultra II cards worth it

just about to go purchase a 256mb sd card, have seen that scandisk do these ultra II cards which are 9x faster is it worth spending the extra £10 or so on getting one of these or will it not really make much of a difference on a smartphone.

any comments, whats every one else got, do they work well, basically im going to be putting some full length feature films on the cards so can watch in pockettv. do files of about 200mb run smoothly?

Not sure f you would notice much of a differance, as I'm not sure any of the phones

will support the extra speed :?
