they have, there are 3 phones availiable with a built in tv reciever, if you look at www.gsmarena.com, there is a Samsung phone availiable for the US, also there is one availiable in China, but i've fogotten the link for that one.

And there is an article on Futre Look about a DoCoMo phone that can also be used to watch tv, www.thefuturelook.com, with this site i think you have to be registred to look at anything.

yeh, streaming vid is silly when its easier, and cheaper to download vids and copy across to the sd card :lol:

I dont know. With unlimited data....it's nice to be able to check in with the news or watch a couple of videos. It will be nice when real network and cable stations are available real time for the smartphone.
