Is there any program that actually works on the e100 to read word documents or pdf files i've tried all the ones i can find but they either dont show on my phone after install or they dont recognise the files I want to read I got the e100 because it said in the write up it could read word files is this an untruth on behalf of the makers??

I have two days to send it back and I am tempted

Have you tried Clearvue or Repligo?

I believe the packages work slightly different and some people have installed both.

you could use mobipocket to read txt/word/html/pdf etc files converted with the mobipocket publisher (both freeware for personal use)
