No quality control mechanism is perfect. Could you do everything right, first time every time? No thought not. :wink: :wink: This is an area where you can sort out the good from the bad. I recently bought a TFT for my PC. It had a problem so I took it back; it was exchanged with no problems or fuss. That's called customer service.
