New: AT&T MPx200 lets unsigned apps use privileged APIs

No-one know if it's a bug or a feature by design, but unlike all other Smartphones, the Motorola MPx200 from AT&T has security *entirely* disabled, i.e. it allows unsigned apps to use all the privileged APIs (including accessing the SIM, accessing the network using your account, accessing your private contacts and emails etc) that normally require the use of "privileged certificates" from the carriers.
