how to unlock my SPV E100

My name is Derek,I work in Indonesia

I have new SPV E100 I buy it from switzerland,it's unlock! :cry: that man said that I can use this phone in Indonesia but it's useless now since I put the simcard at the phone and there is nothing that I can do with this phone
